Return & Refund Window
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened, used, or damaged products.
Items missing original packaging or labels.
Products beyond the 7-day window.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the issue.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email support@promancapsules.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back securely; you are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Once received, we will inspect and process your refund or replacement.
International Orders
For orders outside India:
- Follow the same return process above.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive the product, typically within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
- After shipping, the standard return policy applies.
